Reedy River Meadow Upcoming Volunteer Work Days Friday Oct 23 and Friday Nov 13

Reedy River Meadow is a previously unmanaged area of land struggling with invasive plant species overgrowth located near Linky Stone Park, between the Reedy River and Swamp Rabbit Trail in downtown Greenville. 

Together, we're transforming the meadow into a native plant riparian (riverside) zone with robust pollinator habitat. We've made great strides toward preparing the area for new native plants, but there's still more work to be done! 

After we successfully eradicate the invasive species, we will replant the meadow and riverside areas with native plants to provide benefits to our Reedy River's water quality and create a functional, educational outdoor space for all to enjoy.

Registration will close after 30 registrations are submitted OR two days prior to the volunteer event, whichever occurs first.
